Empty badge slots are skipped. Rounded corners render in most modern email clients. For a drop shadow, bake it into the badge image file, because Gmail strips CSS shadows.

How to install in Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature for Gmail above.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature.
  3. Create or select a signature, click into the box, and paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V).
  4. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
Image and hosting rules (read before hosting)
  • Host the tool and every image on HubSpot File Manager or arcalea.com. Do not use Google Drive: Drive links break in recipients' inboxes, and Drive cannot serve the tool as a live page.
  • Use PNG or GIF, never SVG. SVG does not render in Outlook and is unreliable in Apple Mail.
  • Image file names must have no spaces and no parentheses. Use arcalea-logo-signature.png, not "logo (1).png". Spaces and parentheses break images in Apple Mail and Outlook.
  • For profile photos, use Download framed photo to bake a square crop, then host that file. Outlook ignores live cropping, so the baked square keeps the photo correct everywhere.
