Connect your CRM. We own everything else.
Most analytics platforms ask third-party tools what they saw. Arcalea captures primary data before any platform interprets it. The only integration you configure is the one that closes the loop: your CRM.

CRM sync
Your revenue lives in your CRM.
We sync directly to it.
Galileo connects natively to the platforms where your pipeline and closed deals are recorded. Attribution data flows from our first-party database into your system of record -- no manual exports, no CSV hand-offs. Your team sees revenue attribution inside the tool they already use.
Other platforms integrate with GA4 to get your data back. We never needed to.
Third-party platforms report what they chose to measure, through their own attribution windows, with their own financial interest in taking credit. Arcalea's collection layer sits upstream of all of them.
We capture primary data.
We don't ask third parties what they saw.
Arcalea instruments your site and ad stack to capture conversion events, session signals, and revenue data into a proprietary first-party database. When Galileo reports that a campaign drove closed revenue, that number comes from our own records -- not from Google's attribution model, not from Meta's view-through algorithm, and not from any platform with a financial interest in claiming credit for your results.
Five attribution models run against the same dataset. You can change the model without changing the data underneath it. That is a different level of confidence than anything a walled-garden platform can offer.
Live in two weeks. Fully integrated in thirty days.
Your data is yours. Always.
All client data ingested into Galileo and Compass is owned by the client. Arcalea does not sell, license, aggregate, or use client data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services. At the end of any engagement, your complete dataset is exportable in full. There is no lock-in at the data layer.
Questions about integrations and first-party data
Arcalea integrates natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Slate, Epicor, and Tealium. For platforms not on this list, Arcalea builds custom API integrations. If your CRM has an API, we can connect to it. The integration is configured during onboarding and attribution data begins syncing within the first week of engagement.
Because Arcalea does not need to ask those platforms what they saw. Arcalea captures primary data directly from the client's site and ad stack, building a first-party database that is independent of any platform's self-reported numbers. GA4, Meta, and Google Ads each have strong incentives to report their own performance favorably. Arcalea's architecture bypasses that dependency entirely, giving you a source of truth that no platform can influence.
Most CRM integrations are live within the first week of engagement. HubSpot, Salesforce, and SugarCRM use pre-built connectors that require only API credentials and field mapping. Slate, Epicor, and less common platforms take slightly longer depending on API documentation and data model complexity. Custom API integrations are scoped during onboarding and typically complete within 2 to 3 weeks.
The client owns all data. Arcalea does not sell, license, aggregate, or use client data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services. At the end of any engagement, your complete dataset is exportable in full. There is no lock-in at the data layer and no dependency on Arcalea's infrastructure to access your own data after an engagement ends.
First-party capture means Arcalea records user behavior, ad interactions, and conversion events directly from your site and ad tags, storing them in a database that you control. Rather than pulling data from Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or any platform that filters its own reporting, Arcalea collects the raw signals at the source. This means attribution calculations are based on what actually happened, not on what a platform decided to show you.
